About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, creating a positive learning atmosphere, and supporting every child to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where all pupils feel valued and supported
Work collaboratively with other staff and communicate regularly with parents/carers
Use formative assessment to track progress and adapt teaching accordingly
Create a safe, stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and learning
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold UK QTS (or equivalent overseas qualification recognised by NARIC)
Have recent teaching experience within a UK primary school setting
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisation
Show a commitment to inclusive practice and child-centred learning
Be enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to grow as a practitioner
