* JOB TITLE: Change Implementation Assistant– Business Delivery
* SALARY: £39,825 - £42,047 (Depending on experience)
* LOCATION: Leeds, Halifax
* HOURS: Full Time, 35 hours per week
* WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week at one of our office sites.
About this opportunity
An innovative change implementation assistant who enables the success of colleague execution of the General Insurance Customer Operation and LBG’s policies and procedures. Responsible for designing and executing business content and curriculum content across the division, supporting onboarding of new colleagues and new ways of working following operational change. This includes stakeholder management and governance oversight to ensure material compliance and relevance.
Key accountabilities
* Design learning content for the General Insurance Customer Operations portfolio across roles, creating a best-in-class learner experience.
* Manage learning products and curriculums end-to-end, including induction, upskilling, and rollout of operational or business changes.
* Report, manage risks, oversee governance, and evaluate programs.
* Promote a culture of inclusion, agility, and continuous improvement using data analysis.
* Possess high technical knowledge of authoring tools, systems, and processes, with expertise in learning science and human-centered design.
* Bring curiosity and incorporate best practices, emerging learning innovations, and tools.
