What You'll Be Doing Developing new business opportunities across the industrial and driving sectors Building relationships with clients and candidates Making outbound sales calls and arranging meetings Attending client visits and understanding workforce requirements Negotiating rates and commercial agreements Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Interviewing and registering candidates Matching candidates to suitable vacancies Managing temporary workforce bookings Maintaining compliance and candidate records Working towards individual and team performance targets What We're Looking For Recent graduates looking to start a career Individuals with a sporting background who enjoy working towards goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive, resilient, and self motivated personalities Confidence speaking with people and building relationships A positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or leadership experience is beneficial Full UK driving licence preferred What We Offer Uncapped commission Career progression opportunities 24 days holiday’s, increasing to 29 with service, plus bank holidays!
