We are seeking an organised and reliable Service Administrator to join our team in Loughborough.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong administration skills and the ability to work confidently with spreadsheets and financial records.
Key Responsibilities

Managing and recording petty cash accurately

Carrying out a range of general administration tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence handling
*
Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of the service
What We’re Looking For

Good to advanced Microsoft Excel skills – able to create and use formulas, manage spreadsheets and analyse data effectively
*
Previous experience in administration or finance support
*
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
*
A proactive approach and willingness to support colleagues as needed
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems
