Role
Area Manager
London SE1 9RS with regular travel across Surrey, West Sussex & South London
* Set the tone for six high-performing services, championing a “people-first” culture of safety, quality, and innovation
* Lead weekly site walk-arounds, turning insight into action on staffing, finance, and continuous improvement
* Coach and energise Registered & Deputy Managers, celebrating wins and tackling challenges head-on
* Drive commercial success (revenue & EBITDA) while never losing sight of exceptional care
* Partner with Quality, HR, Finance & Business Development to keep services ahead of the curve
* Report straight into Regional SLT, influencing strategy and future growth
Requirements
* Hold a social-care qualification at Level 5 (or higher) or a relevant degree
* Have area or multi-site management experience in supported living, residential, home-care, or a related field
* Balance big-picture strategy with razor-sharp attention to detail
* Can turn data into decisions and inspire teams to deliver results
* Love continuous improvement and embrace change as an opportunity
