Warranty Telesales Advisor required for a Used Car Supermarket Salary £20,280 Per Annum Commission with an OTE of £30,000 WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE 30 hours per week (Monday-Saturday) – Saturdayper week (Monday – Saturday) We're looking for a motivated, self-disciplined Telesales Advisor to join our home-based team, focused on selling vehicle warranties to customers who didn't purchase an extended warranty at point of sale. Responsibilities: · Outbound calling to offer extended vehicle warranties · Sell policies on either a monthly rolling subscription or 1–2 year Gold cover policy · Promote a comprehensive warranty that covers parts, labour, VAT, and mechanical/electrical failures · Provide flexible solutions, allowing customers to use local approved repairers · Hit monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service Requirements: · Experience in telesales or outbound call environments · Knowledge of the motor industry and vehicle warranty sales · Strong communicator with a customer-first approach · Motivated, organised, and able to work independently from home · Target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results Although Work From Home is available for this role, it would be preferable that Candidates live within a reasonable commute of Hinckley for training purposes.
