About Our Client
A large Public sector organisation that is responsible for managing and maintaining their social housing properties in Northamptonshire
Job Description
3. Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating in empty (void) properties, including surface preparation, emulsion, glossing, and minor repairs.
4. Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with health and safety regulations.
5. Work independently or as part of a team to meet property turnaround targets.
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Painter/Decorator should have:
7. Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within social housing or void property environments.
8. NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or equivalent qualification (preferred).
9. Full UK driving licence (essential).
10. Ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision.
11. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
