Circet UK is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our Traffic Management team.
Responsibilities:
* Update electronic systems and maintain records.
* Maintain training records and internal documentation.
* Develop documentation in collaboration with the Project Co-Ordinator.
* Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, research, and documentation amendments as required by the Project Co-Ordinator.
* Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to new challenges.
* Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues.
* Integrity and humility in all aspects of work.
* Time management skills, friendly and positive attitude.
* Understanding of project governance and control.
* High attention to detail.
* Customer service skills.
