Our Client, a universal banking group, is looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team as it scales in London. The role will provide specialised legal counsel to the investment teams and senior management and have an EMEA and APAC remit.

Responsibilities:
* Legal advice to business stakeholders and partners across employment related issues for Europe & APAC
* Employment negotiations
* Drafting of employment agreements across multiple jurisdictions
* Manage investigations of allegations of potential employee misconduct
* Employee related litigation
* Oversee external counsel
Requirements:
* Minimum 6+ PQE in England & Wales and in good standing with the SRA
* Trained and qualified in a ranked Legal Practice - Employment team mandatory
* Secondment or in-house experience in a Tier 1 Financial Services firm highly desirable
* Strong academic track record
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
