We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Delivery team in Waterlooville, supporting a range of projects across clean and wastewater sites. • Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience • Company van and fuel card • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities There’s never been a more exciting time to join us. You will be responsible for the day- to-day management of projects on site and administrative office duties. You will support on manage smaller schemes as part of your development. Responsibilities • Assist the Project Manager to fulfil client requirements from pre-construction to post-construction • Assist the Project manager with the production of site files, including but not limited to the project programme, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation. • Support on small scale schemes with low values and low complexity. • Conduct site audits, identifying and escalating issues a necessary, and close out issues and actions in a proactive manner. • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, safety bulletins, etc, ensuring all personnel receive necessary and relevant information consistently throughout the project lifecycle • Act as temporary works supervisor as and when required. • Ensure site staff follow health, safety, and quality policies and process. Check adherence and rectify issues immediately, while ensuring all records are maintained. • Liaise with project management and commercial team members to assist in the formulation of CEs and measures as required. • Previous experience of manging multiple sites • Previous experience with permits • Physically fit to enter confined spaces and access works on a construction site. • Full UK driving licence. • A good communicator, able to liaise confidently and deal with a variety of people including the client, suppliers and team members in face to face, in writing and on the telephone. • Hold a current CSCS Card (ideally Gold Supervisor Card) SMSTS (or SSSTS with the ability to work towards achieving SMSTS as a minimum). • Up to £45k doe • Training and advancement opportunities • 24 days’ annual leave, rising to 25 after two years • Healthcare cash scheme • Death in service benefit • Benifex Platform - voucher schemes that run throughout the year, including the Technology Scheme, Dental Plan, and the Bike Scheme. • Discounts on retail, shopping, gym access and cinema tickets • 6% company pension contribution
