We have an exciting opportunity for a patient-focused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role to join our highly regarded, specialist referrals practice, Clinic 334 in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
The essentials:
1. Full time 40 hours per week
2. Monday - Friday 8 - 5 or 9 - 6
3. Part time over 4 days may be considered
4. Opportunity to work in a highly respected practice with leading specialists offering a wider range of high end dentistry to patients
5. 3 surgery specialist referrals practice
6. Free parking on site
About you
We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
7. A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
8. Passionate about delivering great service
9. Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
10. Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
11. Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
