We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Property Management company for the role of Talent Administrator. ROLE OVERVIEW:
Location: Hertfordshire
Package: £28,000 per annum
Role Type: Part Time (3 days a week in the office) or Full Time (5 days a week, with 2-3 days in the office per week)
What you’ll be doing:
* Deliver a seamless and compliant employee experience that reflects and reinforces the company’s values and culture
* Drive operational excellence through clear, consistent communication and efficient cross-business coordination
* Proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent to grow the team
* Lead a structured, welcoming onboarding experience that sets new starters up for success
Main Skills/ Requirements:
* 1–2 years of experience in the HR sector or a similar field
* Proven administrative experience in fast-paced environments
* Strong communication skills with an approachable and professional demeanour
* Proficient in computer applications and general IT systems
