This is an excellent opportunity for:

Role Overview:
* Supervising pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task
* Delivering clear instructions and supporting student learning
* Working across a variety of subjects and year groups (KS3/KS4)
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with young people (e.g. in education, coaching, tutoring, mentoring)
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* A positive, professional attitude and flexible approach
* A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
