A small, growing manufacturer specialising in tablet and powder blends for cleaning products. The company currently operates with semi-automated processes and is looking to explore full automation of its production line.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the setup and optimisation of automated manufacturing systems. This short-term assignment will focus on improving efficiency and layout of the production line, including labelling, filling, and tablet pressing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess current semi-automated processes and identify opportunities for full automation.
Support the setup and integration of labelling and filling machines, tablet presses, and conveyor systems.
Advise on layout and space planning for equipment installation.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption to production.Requirements:
Proven experience in automation within manufacturing environments, ideally chemical or process industries.
Hands-on experience with labelling machines, tablet presses, sachet filling systems, and conveyors.
Ability to work independently and deliver results within a short timeframe.
Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
