EVENTOR are seeking an experienced Vehicle maintainer require to work alongside our client to service and maintain to a high standard a fleet of Land Rover Defenders, Mercedes Unimog & Mercedes Zetros vehicles in readiness for Emergency Deployment for the protection of critical national infrastructure.

Job Description

Shift: Monday-Friday 07:30am-15:30pm

Salary: £36,056.59 per annum

1. To comply with health, safety, and environment rules to ensure the safety of all employees, contractors and visitors.
2. Compliance with safety, quality, environmental and business management systems
3. To report any breaches of health and safety to your line manager immediately
4. To report any accident, incident or close-call in line with company procedure and assist in any investigations which may be required
5. Carry out routine maintenance, service, and repair on a variety of HGVs / heavy vehicles / trucks & trailers and land rovers including MOT preparation.
6. Ensure all service and maintenance works are recorded and records kept up to date including requirements by VOSA & the company maintenance plans.
7. Ensure that the maintenance database is kept up to date and outstanding work and defects are closed out in a timely manner.
8. Ensuring tools are used correctly, adequately maintained, tested before use, and securely stored.
