What we are looking for
We are looking for a confident character who believes that they are capable of delivering excellent pre planned music lessons to a variety of age groups. You might be an experienced TA or HLTA that feels ready for a step up, who is comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children. You may be an aspiring teacher who works with children currently and wants a chance to develop and learn; there is no better way than a cover supervisor to gain this invaluable experience. If you are a resilient and confident individual then this is the role for you.
The role
The role will entail you supervising pupils and carrying out pre-prepared drama exercises and activities. You need to have good communication skills, be highly flexible and enjoy working with children. You will take the registrer making sure all students are listening and engaged with their learning. Then make sure alll the pre set work and learning is completed.
