Retail Team Manager
Salary: £12.94 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.55 per hour + £1.39 holiday pay) + Enhancements
Location: Reading
*Access to wages from 3 days after shift completion*Immediate Start*Holiday Pay*
As a stock taking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services across different client sites. The shifts vary, requiring flexible availability. You may need to travel daily to different sites and occasionally stay overnight.
Working Days: Monday - Sunday (up to 5 days per week, with flexibility if needed)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.

You will be expected to ensure:
* Correct procedures and processes are followed
* Exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all sites
* Stock counts are accurate and timely
* Team productivity is monitored and improved where possible
Person Specification:
* A Full Driving License
* Effective communication skills with all levels of personnel
* Basic IT skills
* Ability to stay focused under pressure
* Good time management and ability to work independently
* Willingness and ability to travel
Full training on our systems and client procedures will be provided.
