Business Development Manager (Full-Time, Hybrid – UK)
Kleen‑Tex Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our UK team in a full‑time, hybrid role. This position offers the opportunity to drive growth, develop strategic client relationships, and make a significant impact within a global, innovative company
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients
* Conduct market analysis to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities
* Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue and expand market presence
* Manage customer accounts and negotiate contracts to meet organizational objectives
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve company growth aspirations
Skills & Qualifiations
* Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship mnagement
* Strong background in market analysis, strategic planning, and identifying growth opprtunities
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
* Previous experience in the textile, logistics, or manufacturing industries is a plus
* Proficiency with CRM software and Microsof Office Suite
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
