Role Description Role Description Job Purpose To support the delivery of our leadership programme ‘Manufacturing your Success’ across Princes and help to maintain an engaging, impactful blended learning culture that aligns with The Princes Way (our values). Key Responsibilities Working as part of the L&D Team to drive the positive behaviours of the Princes Way through blended learning experiences Responsible for the end to end process of scope, content design and execution of delivery via face to face sessions – from bite sized to full ‘people manager skills’ programmes Work with key stakeholders, departments and teams to design and implement effective people development solutions Role Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Experience Previous experience of working alone and in an L&D team Knowledge of learning and development models and processes and proven track record of practical application of these Experience and confidence of designing and executing creative, impactful and memorable learning experiences Facilitate L&D sessions and workshops across all commercial functions, adjusting delivery style to suit audience needs Ability to build personable relationships, influence and manage key stakeholder relationships – inclusive of HR, Business Managers and external stakeholders Self-disciplined, self-motivated & able to work across multiple projects when required Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Able to travel to all UK sites with some overnight stays required An understanding of commercial awareness and working with budgets Experience of using creative design tools Benefits : 25 Days Annual Leave plus Birthday off 14.5% Pension – 5% employee opt in / 9.5% employer Hybrid & Flexible Working - 4 Days in Office / 1 Day WFH Flexible Holiday Option - Buy 5 Additional Days Enhanced Family Friendly & Carers Policies Life Assurance Cover Private Medical Insurance Critical Illness Cover Learning & Development Opportunities
