As they bring their IT operations back in-house and move into brand-new offices, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Technician to become one of the first hires in a newly formed IT department.
Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting around 150 users across four sites. While most users are based at HQ, occasional travel between sites will be required (you’ll need a car for this one).
Troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues
Monitoring system logs and identifying trends
Managing the helpdesk and asset management system
Contributing to exciting project work
Assisting with network upkeep and hardware refreshes

You’ll bring solid IT support experience and a strong grasp of digital tech across various devices. Familiarity with Windows and Android OS, networks, and Microsoft 365
