Responsibilities
* Lead/manage a team of 4 and expand the team with new heads this year.
* Spend 50% of the week coaching the team, setting objectives, conducting one-to-ones, handling escalations, queries, internal management and stakeholders.
* Spend 50% of the week calling potential and existing customers. You’ll be calling through leads, asking good questions and arranging follow ups. Some sales will be on first contact, others may require more contacts.
Tools and Environment
* You’ll be given tools including Salesforce, SAP, Barbour ABI (lead generation tools).
Requirements
* Experience of leading from the front in a sales role.
* Confidence in motivating, energising and pushing a team forward.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle staff, customers, stakeholders and management.
* Ability to manage and develop a team while engaging with a well-respected, prestigious brand with a rich history.
