Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming primary school located in the rural outskirts of Lancaster, who are seeking a dedicated EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a full-time basis.
This role focuses entirely on supporting children in the Reception class with additional needs. The successful candidate will work 1:1 with identified pupils and deliver targeted small‑group intervention sessions to support early learning, social development, communication, and emotional regulation.
The school is seeking someone who:
* Has experience supporting children in Early Years, particularly within an SEN context
* Is confident providing individualised 1:1 SEN support
* Can plan and deliver structured small‑group interventions
* Brings patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to early years education
* Works collaboratively with teaching staff, the SENCO, and parents to ensure consistent support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
