The Role You’ll manage a caseload of personal injury claims from first notification through to settlement, delivering fair outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with claimants, solicitors, and other parties. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims end-to-end Assess liability, causation, and quantum Review medical evidence and legal documentation Liaise with claimants, solicitors, and third parties Negotiate settlements within authority levels Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards Identify and escalate complex or potentially fraudulent claims About You Proven experience handling personal injury claims Strong understanding of liability and claims processes Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload Proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented Why Join?
