Based in Ystrad Mynach and established since 2014, Quick Staff UK is growing — and we’re looking for a sales-orientated recruiter who can build and manage a temp desk while supporting existing clients. If you’re fed up with red tape, low commission, or being held back — this is a genuine opportunity to step up.
The Role:
* Build and run your own 360 temp desk
* Win new business and grow client relationships
* Fill roles quickly across industrial / warehouse / manufacturing / contact centre / office support
* Manage bookings, compliance and candidate onboarding
* Support and develop existing accounts
* Develop and fill permanent vacancies
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven temp recruitment experience
* Ability to build and grow a desk
* Strong work ethic and commercial mindset
* Ambition and a strong-will to win
* Local market knowledge is a bonus
What you'll get:
* £28k–£30k basic (OTE £33k - £42k)

Hours of work:
9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
9.00am - 4.30pm Friday
