Responsibilities
This role will oversee the delivery of the core functions of the team, which include two administrators who focus on recruitment and payroll administration. The post-holder will report directly into the Director of Transformation, and support and lead the delivery of People initiatives; they will oversee employee relations, and provide advice and support to managers across our organisation, and co-ordinate workforce development.
