Sales Administrator We are working with a leading employer based in Craigavon recruit for a Sales Administrator for a period of 12 months to join an established team. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for: Processing customer and online orders, arranging despatch and invoicing. Managing daily van sales deliveries and coordinating stock replenishment. Liaising with the Warehouse Team to ensure orders are despatched in full and on time. Maintaining high standards of customer service and communication. Coordinating with Procurement for incoming goods and haulage arrangements. Liaising with haulage companies, negotiating cost-effective rates, and ensuring timely deliveries. Implementing booking procedures for key accounts. Producing month-end sales reports and aged debt analysis. Overseeing credit control and ensuring timely payment collection. Following up on and responding to customer queries promptly, issuing credit notes when approved. Maintaining accurate customer and order records for audit compliance. Collaborating with the Sales Team to ensure excellent customer service. Providing reception support, answering calls, and taking phone orders. What you will need to have for the Sales Administrator role: GCSE English and Maths, Grade A C or equivalent. Previous sales administrative /Office experience dealing with customers, Working to tight deadlines and proficient in Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal skills & influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers Skills: Administration, Sales, Sales Support, Customer
