Job Title: Purchase Ledger Assistant
Our client is a successful and well-established leader in their field. With reach across Europe, they provide products and comprehensive solutions to their clients across various sectors. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join their dynamic Purchase Ledger team. The main responsibilities include:
1. Allocating delivery notes
2. Entering data into the in-house Purchase Ledger System
3. Handling invoice query letters and liaising with suppliers
4. Assisting with month-end accruals
5. Supporting the team with complex queries
6. Using Excel to produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze data, and collaborate effectively within a team. Excellent Excel skills and confidence in performing various functions are essential.
