Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Building Compliance Tester to lead our team in London. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sound insulation testing and air tightness testing, along with strong skills in technical team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Building Compliance testing team, ensuring efficient and accurate testing processes.
- Conduct sound insulation and air tightness tests, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate testing schedules and resources to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and advancements in testing technologies.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and ensuring satisfaction with testing services.
- Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to clients and management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sound insulation testing and air tightness testing.
- Strong technical team management skills with a track record of leading successful teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in building compliance testing are a plus
