As a valued Support Worker with Thera Southwest, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will be working in Melksham the location is a shared supported living. You will be working with 3 ladies who like music, going out in the community, attending local clubs, Disco's. Experience with behaviours that challenge and following a behaviour support plan. Having a good sense of humour essential. The ability to adapt quickly to meet the needs of each indivdual person supported. needs which will give a varied working week and opportunities to use a variety of skills you already have or would like to develop for career progression. You will be working alongside other staff where there is a real sense of teamwork, supporting people in their daily lives at home or getting out in the community with people. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.
