With personal high standards, you'll have a track record of delivering excellent services and food hygiene standards. You will assist the Catering Manager with stock control, rotas and Food safety, taking the lead on ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. You will be comfortable with assisting with events and functions, such as birthday parties, sporting events, conferences or meetings). You’ll mentor the catering teams to ensure they are engaged and able to give of their best.
