Reports to: Regional Support Managers (RSM)
Contract: Permanent
Based: Glasgow HQ
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Working hours: Shift Pattern 6 On 3 Off
3-Day shifts: 07:00 - 19:00
3-Night Shifts: 19:00 - 07:00
3 Days off
Please note that this may vary from time to time to ensure we meet the needs of the business.
This role involves driving to various sites across the region, therefore a full UK Driver's Licence is an essential requirement.
SIA Licence Required.

About The Role
* Liaise with Regional Support Manager
* Manage and react to shift blow-out across the business
* Officer Compliance & Welfare Visits
* Site Training
* Site Inspections
* Respond to incidents and co-ordinate any reports
* Site Visits (via office based company vehicle)
* Use of People Hours scheduling app to ensure scheduling is up to date
* Ensure a clean vehicle
* Daily Logbook Inspections
* Engage with the local community
* Delivering advice and reassurance to the public
