Are you a passionate Registered Nurse (RSCN) with experience in paediatrics and complex care? We are seeking a Paediatric Nurse Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing provider of community-based complex care in the South London. About the Role:
As the Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will provide hands-on clinical support to children and their families, designing bespoke care plans that meet individual needs. You'll also lead, train, and support a team of carers, helping to deliver outstanding, compassionate care within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on creating and implementing tailored care plans for children with complex needs
* Provide direct, face-to-face support for clients and their families
* Deliver essential nursing interventions, including medication management
* Oversee and mentor carers, ensuring high standards of clinical care and skills
* Collaborate with community health professionals, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners
* Maintain clear, empathetic communication with all stakeholders
