Responsibilities
* Maintain records of planned maintenance actions and outcomes within the case management systems.
* Ensure compliance with customer rules for change management controls.
* Possess excellent customer interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* Provide a professional and positive approach to the customer in the execution of all duties.
Experience Required
* Strong Experience withLinux and performing hardware repairs is a must.
* Experience of configuration management tools such as Ansible and Linux kernel
* Strong script writing skills on platforms such as Python, Bash, etc.
* Experience withJob Schedulers such as PBS Pro/Slurm and withInfiniband is highly desirable.
