Your Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
4. Partner with corporate function leaders to provide practical HR guidance and support.
5. Help deliver talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives.
6. Assist in designing and implementing HR programs, policies, and processes.
7. Use HR data to inform decisions and improve processes.
8. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
About You
9. Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
10. Strong experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
11. Hands-on experience supporting business leaders and implementing HR initiatives.
12. Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
14. Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

15. Experience in corporate functions or a similar industry.
