CNC Milling Machinist (Weekends – Friday, Saturday & Sunday) Role: Permanent or Contract Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire Salary: £24.56 per hour, inclusive of shift allowance (£45,976.32 per annum) Hours: 36 hours per week, Fri 11:30am-12am, Sat 1pm - 1:30am, Sun 1pm - 1:30am About the Role We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to increase our capability and capacity in this area. This role involves working in a small team to deliver high-quality prismatic transmission components, mainly for the motorsport and aerospace industries, with a right-first-time philosophy. You will be supported by EdgeCam and Delcam offline programming, as well as your team leader. Key Responsibilities Produce prismatic components from technical drawings and planning route cards to a high standard, working to tight tolerances and within routed timeframes. Machine a variety of materials on 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines. Read and understand Fanuc/ISO programming machine code; perform on-machine programming with support from offline programmers. Read, understand, and edit CNC programmes, including adjusting speeds and feeds as required. Use measuring equipment to inspect parts against planning and drawing specifications.
