Role Overview
The Customer Service Co-ordinator will serve as the main point of contact for both new and existing clients via telephone and email. Responsibilities include providing a contact point for internal departments, generating quotes, processing orders, providing updates, and maintaining details in the system. Additionally, the role involves answering general queries and delivering exemplary customer service.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Strong IT and systems experience, along with a passion for customer service, are essential. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone from a customer service background to develop and progress within the company.
Package
The package includes a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000, Monday to Friday working hours, and an early finish every Friday.
