Alexander Steele are working with an established multi-site ambient food manufacturer in West Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a QA Technician to join their Technical team.
This is a great opportunity for a QA professional looking to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, with clear structure and strong team support.
Responsibilities:
* Carrying out quality checks and internal audits to ensure compliance with BRC, HACCP, and customer standards.
* Monitoring production processes and ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are consistently followed.
* Investigating and reporting non-conformances, supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
* Maintaining and updating accurate quality records, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
* Supporting the Technical and Production teams with customer complaints, traceability exercises, and internal reporting.
On Offer:
* Annual Salary of £34,564.80
* 33 Days Annual Leave (including bank holidays)
* Shift Pattern: 4 weeks of nights (10:30pm – 6:00am), followed by 1 week of afternoons (2:30pm – 10:20pm)
