As a Data Coach, you’ll use your experience, industry knowledge and the understanding of our apprenticeship programmes, learner journey and ways of working, to provide outstanding personal and professional guidance to our apprentices. With robust support and training, you’ll be responsible for providing a first-class learning experience to help develop, encourage and motivate your learners to achieve their full potential both personally and professionally. You will motivate and influence your own caseload of learners towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship, by developing their skills, knowledge and behaviours through a range of training days, workshops and quarterly reviews. Role Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Junior Coach Manage a caseload of up to 36 Level 3–4 learners in building portfolios and preparing for end point assessment. Developing their skills, knowledge and behaviours through a range of training days, workshops and quarterly reviews. Deliver training days, workshops, and microteaches Track learner progress via 1:1/group sessions in SMART and manage off-the-job hours Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with awarding body standards Attend standardisation meetings and collaborate with QDA Support programme growth under guidance Coach Manage a caseload of up to 42 Level 4-5 learnings in building portfolios and preparing for end point assessment. Developing their skills, knowledge and behaviours through a range of training days, workshops and quarterly reviews. Facilitate technical workshops and personal development microteaches Evaluate and maintain high-quality programme standards; ensure accuracy and compliance Build strong, collaborative relationships with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders Maintain training plans, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback Contribute to programme improvement and learner engagement Senior Manage a caseload of up to 42 Level 4–5 learners, supporting them to build portfolios and prepare for end point assessment. Deliver training through technical workshops, microteaches, training days and quarterly reviews to develop learner skills, knowledge and behaviours. Monitor learner progress, manage training plans and provide feedback to ensure timely achievement and effective off-the-job learning. Maintain high programme standards, ensuring compliance with internal and awarding body requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers and internal stakeholders. Contribute to programme quality, standardisation and the ongoing development of apprenticeship provision.
