More About Your Role
Reporting directly to and working with the Managing Director, you will take responsibility throughout the planning process, gaining consents, reviewing commercial and delivery structures, and ensuring viable projects while paving the way for site activities. You will lead on site as a focal point for the project, managing stakeholder relationships. The role also offers opportunities across the Places Developments portfolio, involving governance, processes, and ensuring appointments are in place as needed.
About You
We are looking for an experienced property professional with a proven track record in managing and delivering large‑scale, high‑profile developments. Essential experience includes housebuilding, delivering infrastructure projects, navigating complex planning applications, negotiating with diverse stakeholders, and managing major capital investment programmes. Strong knowledge of legal structures, collaborative approach, and proactive risk management is required.
