Our client is currently seeking a Construction Manager to join their team within the water sector. This is a contract role under the Capital Delivery Framework, with work stretching from Cheshire to Carlisle in the United Utilities region. This role involves being fully on-site. Key Responsibilities: Managing construction activities within the Capital Delivery Framework. Overseeing project timelines and ensuring milestones are met. Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations and standards. Monitoring project budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented. Supervising on-site teams and contractors. Providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
