We are seeking a motivated and dynamic paralegal to join our Global Governance legal team based in London. This position, Paralegal, Global Governance, will report to the Senior Director, Global Governance.
Responsibilities
* Support Senior Director and team with international subsidiary corporate governance and compliance matters.
* Maintain and organize records and database for international subsidiaries.
* Assist with subsidiary acquisitions and integrations.
* Coordinate filings with governmental agencies.
* Coordinate with external legal counsel worldwide to ensure local compliance on governance matters.
* Coordinate with internal clients (accounting, tax, treasury, business) to support compliance obligations and business needs.
Required Experience
* Bachelor’s degree and excellent academic credentials.
* 3 or more years’ experience as a corporate paralegal or similar role, ideally with experience at a major law firm and/or in‑house at a public company.
* Experience in subsidiary corporate governance matters.
* Keen attention to detail and a very high standard for accuracy.
* A sound work ethic, efficient working style, and high level of organization. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
* Flexibility and intellectual curiosity; strong desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
* Superior judgment, discretion, and ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation; ability to work cross‑functionally at all levels of the organization.
* Sense of humor and high level of professionalism.
