Provide Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement (in a reporting context) for TVS SCS at Magna Park working on a large Utilities contract for a customer in the energy sector. Primarily working with PowerBI to produce both customer & internal facing dashboards to support the operations teams and ensure contractual reporting to customer stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
* Production, development and maintenance of PowerBI Reports and Dashboards
* Research/develop routes for future technologies, AI, predictive analysis
* Generation and maintenance of Client report suites, utilising both PowerBI and Excel
* Continuous improvement, development and streamlining of reporting processes
* Liaise with “end-users” to provide bespoke, high-quality, and meaningful data
* Collaborate closely with IT department to develop an increasingly efficient, robust and effective Business-Intelligence infrastructure
* Produce Excel-based data analysis/manipulation/summarization
Qualifications and Skills
* PowerBI experience is essential
* Able to build datasets into meaningful tables and summaries
* Familiar with coding-type syntax ( Excel formulae, VBA)
* Able to understand customer/client need, within a given context, and provide a solution to fit
* Eye for the visual aspect of data-presentation
* Aptitude for problem-solving with logical, methodical approach
* Able to work under pressure, self-manage work-load and hit deadlines
* Advanced Excel-skills, focussed on data-analysis and summarisation
* Proficiency with VBA and/or SQL (beneficial)
* Report production/analysis experience or similar.
* Background in a Supply-Chain environment (advantageous)
