The Role
This leading department is seeking to recruit a 1+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join them, based in Lancashire.
Due to the department's standing in the North-West, you will have access to a strong quality workload including high value developments, sales, leases and acquisitions. The work on offer will help you to expand on your experience and place you miles ahead of your peers.
In addition to the high quality work you will be exposed to, you will also be able to enjoy a healthy work/life balance, including flexible working times where needed and also the ability to split your working time between home and the office. Requirements
* You will have 1+ year of experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
* You will have experience advising clients on a range of real estate transactions
