With strong global momentum and experience working directly with the creative director, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints and drive retail excellence.

Responsibilities
* Lead the global VM strategy across retail and wholesale channels.
* Ensure consistent brand presentation across all store formats.
* Develop seasonal floor sets, window displays, and in-store visuals.
* Collaborate with buying, retail, and marketing teams for aligned execution.
* Manage and mentor a team of regional VM leads.
* Conduct store visits and VM audits across key markets.
* Optimise space planning, fixture layouts, and customer flow.
* Track performance and adapt strategy based on retail insights.
Requirements
* Extensive VM experience in luxury or premium fashion.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Creative with a commercial mindset.
* Global market experience and cultural awareness.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Flexible and open to regular international travel.
