Salary: £22,932 per annum, pro rata (£13,759 at 21hrs per week)
Hours: 21 per week
Contract type: Fixed term contract (until end of January 2026)

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for two people to join our dedicated Ecommerce team selling pre-loved fashion and donated goods on online auctions and sales sites. With a wide array of treasures, from clothing to more specialist items, no two days will be the same. It's a rewarding role as all profits go towards helping people in crisis at home and overseas.
What will a day in the life of an Ecommerce Assistant be like?
* Supporting the day-to-day running of online sales.
* Liaising with shops to coordinate stock transfer.
* Researching donated items to ensure competitive pricing, writing eye-catching descriptions, and photographing stock.
* Posting items promptly and maintaining excellent customer feedback.
What does it take to be a successful Ecommerce Assistant?
* Experience in customer service or sales-driven environments.
* Knowledge of online marketplaces like eBay and DEPOP.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to write compelling listings.
* Confident IT skills and comfort with photography and display of items.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage a busy workload.
* An appreciation for the value of pre-owned items and their uniqueness.
