A technically focused Application Support Analyst role centred on configuring and implementing clinical systems across UK hospitals. You’ll work with SQL, Windows and remote tools to deliver seamless deployments for frontline healthcare teams. You'll handle system installs, database configuration, post-install testing and troubleshooting setup challenges. The work is structured, but each implementation is slightly different, requiring strong technical skills and clear communication with stakeholders. Full training on the product will be provided. What you’ll bring: * 2 years’ experience in application support, software onboarding or technical implementation * Strong knowledge of SQL, Windows, databases and remote access tools * Ability to identify and resolve integration or configuration issues * Confident communicator who can work independently with clients * IT degree, relevant technical qualification or equivilent experience * Must drive and live within 45 minutes of the office You’ll join a close-knit technical team supporting systems used in 95% of UK hospitals.
