Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Venture Building Intern to join our dynamic innovation team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of new and exciting ventures within the retail energy sector. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, adaptable, and passionate about contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role will provide hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, and project support, with a focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Conduct customer and market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities in the retail energy sector.
* Assist in the development of business plans and feasibility studies for new ventures.
* Support the team in data collection, analysis, and reporting, utilising tools such as Powerpoint and Excel.
* Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports summarising findings and recommendations.
* Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for new products and services.
* Provide administrative and project support as needed.
* Provide input into the digital marketing components of the go-to-market planning.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field
* Strong interest in the energy sector and innovation.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Powerpoint & Excel.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and teamworking skills.

* Fixed-term contract from June to August 2026 (3 months). You must be available for the full duration of the contract.
