Are you highly organised with great communication skills? ManpowerGroup Inc. are working with a client in Bradford who are looking to recruit for a Planning/ Scheduling Officer to join their growing team on a temp to perm basis, the successful candidate will be helping to arrange inspections and work appointments for residential and vacant properties. You'll be the key link between tenants, operatives, inspectors, and the internal team - making sure all appointments are booked, tracked, and updated in line with service expectations and compliance standards.


The Role

Temp to Perm role! Monday to Friday Hours: 8:00- 4:00 or 9:00- 5:00 Neg Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire Hourly Rate: £13.25 P/H (dependent on experience) 22 days + 8 Bank Holidays Profit share bonus Employee assistance programme Pension scheme Onsite Parking


What You'll Be Doing

* Appointment Scheduling - Inspections & Works
* Use internal job management software to track new inspection and works requests.
* Contact tenants or property managers by phone, text, email, or letter to arrange appointments.
* Allocate jobs to inspectors and operatives based on deadlines and priorities.
* Always Keep the Master Planning Schedule up to date.
* Ensure all cancelled or missed appointments are quickly rescheduled.


Tenant & Client Communication

* Clearly explain the inspection or works process to tenants and answer any questions.
* Make sure tenants know when to expect visits and how to prepare their property.
* Pass on any complaints to the management team.
* Work closely with clients on urgent jobs or properties needing special attention.


Team Communication

* Keep line manager and the wider team informed of scheduling issues or changes.
* Support field operatives, inspectors, and customer service staff with updates and queries.


Admin & Record Keeping

* Keep accurate notes on all communications and scheduling updates.
* Maintain logs of appointments, calls, issues, and resolutions.
* Support reporting and admin tasks as needed.


Skills and experience required

* Excellent communication skills - especially over the phone.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable using MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Able to stay calm and helpful in busy or difficult situations.
* Experience in scheduling, planning, or admin is ideal.
* Previous experience in property services, maintenance
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
