Were looking for a compassionate and motivated Assistant Care Manager to support the day-to-day running of our Specialist residential service in Ammanford. Youll help lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of care, and support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

What Were Looking For
* QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (working towards Level 4/5)
* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
* Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills
* Passion for person-centred care and empowering others
* Ability to build relationships with families, professionals, and care teams
* Commitment to high standards and inclusive practice
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and lead in their absence
* Supervise and develop care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care standards
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for individuals with complex needs
* Foster strong relationships with staff, supported individuals, and external professionals
