Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and manage incoming calls.
* Maintain a tidy reception area.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings.
* Handle mail and deliveries.
* Support basic admin tasks
Ideal Candidate
* Previous receptionist or customer service experience.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Professional appearance and attitude.
* Excellent telephone manner
* Previous experience working within a fast paced environment
